Unfortunately, they don't have branches in Arkansas, but banking can be done by mail.
Bank Of Arkansas - Second Chance Checking provides unlimited check writing, plus a free services such as: Free Visa Check Card, Free ATMs Nationwide, Free Online Banking with unlimited Free Online BillPay. Overdraft Protection is also available plus monthly imaged statements.
Requirements: $50 minimum opening deposit, $8.95 monthly maintenance fee and the ability to switch to a different Bank of Arkansas checking product, such as Free Checking 2.0 after only five months.
