Food for thought - not keto. There is more than one way to skin this cat. What moost surprised me was hit triglycerides dropped 205 points and his cholesterol dropped 65 points: All while eating Big Macs, Quarter Pounders, and Fries.

I saw that. A few key points:

- He cut the meals in half, did not eat all of it at once. So essentially he ate 6 small meals per day.

- He drank water, not soft drinks

- McDonalds fries are pre-cooked and frozen. This reduces the amount of simple carbs and increases the complex carbs.

But the 6 small meals combined with water and not sugary drinks (or poisoned artificial sweeteners), makes a huge difference.
